Last Friday, we organized a recurring event at FCS - “Town-hall” meeting. The regular FCS events are an indication of company's care about employees’ interests, comfort, unity and effective teamwork.
The meeting began with cooperative games involving everyone on the team to create a friendly atmosphere. These introductory games helped FCS team members get to know each other better. They also encouraged newly hired members to get along with others.
Discussion of upcoming plans and FCS news was another part of the Town Hall. One of the topics of discussion was an employee satisfaction survey, which was conducted to get feedback from employees and identify areas for improvement. Also, recently hired employees introduced themselves and shared extraordinary aspects of their personalities at the end of their speeches.
The town hall meeting was a positive experience for all involved. The employees who attended felt valued and appreciated, and they left feeling informed and engaged.
